FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) — After being slapped with an “F” rating by the Better Business Bureau Serving Northern Indiana, a high-end skincare store seems to have left Glenbrook Square Mall, as several customers complained they were charged hundreds or thousands of dollars more than they agreed to pay.
In the alert on their webpage, the BBB cited “a pattern of complaints concerning the sales practices of Mazal Cosmetics, operating locally as Lavelier at Glenbrook Mall in Fort Wayne.”
