DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A Harrisburg man could be facing life in prison after allegedly assaulting a woman with a gun and stealing her car, according to Department of Justice.
Terric Seay, 24, was indicted on multiple felony charges, including:
- Robbery of a motor vehicle
- Aggravated assault
- Unlicensed possession of a firearm
- Possession of a firearm with an obliterated serial number
- Receiving stolen property
- Attempting to elude police
Charging documents state that troopers were called to the 300 block of E. Locust Street following reports of a carjacking on Nov. 6, 2025. The victim on scene told officials that while parking her car, Seay approached her with a semi-automatic handgun demanding that she give him her car.
The victim further indicated to the police that Seay hit her in the head with the gun multiple times when she refused to give him the vehicle. Seay then reportedly kicked the victim multiple times in the chest and stomach while she was on the ground before stealing her 2018 Ford Escape…
