American Power Equipment, LLC, submitted a voluntary bankruptcy petition on February 26, the latest court filings on PACER state. Its Chapter 11 proceedings are underway in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Alabama.
As generally happens in Chapter 11 bankruptcies, American Power Equipment, LLC is set to go through a restructuring of its debts, not the liquidation of assets.
