HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WPDE) — Calls are growing for a traffic light at a busy Horry County intersection where a teenager was killed, as residents push for changes they believe could prevent more crashes.
Eighteen-year-old Emercin Smith started a petition in honor of Ava Holland, a 15-year-old who was killed in a crash at the intersection of Highway 90 and Highway 22.
