NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – The oldest restaurant in the state, Varallo’s, has closed its doors after more than a century of operating in Nashville.
For 119 years, Varallo’s has been attracting customers nationwide to their chili parlor.
“It’s a sad day,” customer Vance Broemel said. “I’m not saying change shouldn’t happen, but it’s tough to loss these places that have meant a lot to Nashville and can’t really be replaced.”…
