TBI seeks more victims in case against Nashville man charged in child internet crimes

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) is searching for more potential victims of a man charged with internet crimes against children.

Scott Armistead Quarles, 32, is accused of sending graphic photos and text messages to TBI special agents posing as pre-teen and teenage girls between the ages of 12 and 13. TBI adds he also sent instructions on how to download an app where he could track their menstrual cycle with intensions of impregnating them…
