NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) is searching for more potential victims of a man charged with internet crimes against children.
Scott Armistead Quarles, 32, is accused of sending graphic photos and text messages to TBI special agents posing as pre-teen and teenage girls between the ages of 12 and 13.
