A man is accused of harassing and intimidating his neighbor because he was upset that she bought a camera that faced his door, according to Coral Springs police.
Spencer William Young, 28, is charged with misdemeanor stalking and felony criminal mischief over $1,000, Broward court records show. His attorney information was not available Feb. 26.
