STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A person was taken to the hospital from a crash that caused extensive delays on the Brooklyn-bound Staten Island Expressway during the Friday morning rush hour.
Adding to the congestion, the Goethals Bridge to Staten Island had delays due to heavy truck congestion around 7:30 a.m. on the Brooklyn-bound Staten Island Expressway at the Forest and Gulf avenues exit.
