Man indicted for east Toledo crash that killed pedestrian in December

TOLEDO, Ohio — A Toledo man has been indicted in relation to a crash that killed a pedestrian in December.

Austin Erel was indicted by a Grand Jury on Thursday on two felony counts of Aggravated Vehicular Homicide, Operating a Vehicle While Under the Influence of a Listed Controlled Substance, and Operating a Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs.
