Power had been restored to most of Cape Cod on Friday morning, but more than 4,000 people were still without electricity four days after a blizzard dropped more than a foot of snow on the peninsula.
Nearly 67,000 Massachusetts customers had power restored since Thursday morning, when 71,636 were without electricity, according to the Massachusetts Energy Management Agency. As of Friday morning, that was down to 4,656 customers remaining without power.
