BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — The Baton Rouge Police Department arrested a man accused of a 2023 homicide.
According to police, Jermaine Savoy, 26, was booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison on a second-degree murder charge after the death of Joshua Phillips, 37.
