MADISON, Wis. — A child is recovering after being hit while walking to school in Madison.
The 8-year-old boy was walking to school around 8:30 a.m. when he was hit. He was taken to the hospital with serious injuries but is expected to recover.
The driver remained on scene and was not cited for any traffic violation…
