SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) – Skilled workers are in high demand and companies often struggle to find good ones. The State of Missouri has a program that’s working to get more adults back in the classroom and into the workforce.
The Missouri Department of Higher Education & Workforce Development’s Fast Track Grant Incentive Program was established in 2018. Since its inception, the program has helped more than 3,000 students in Missouri and paid more than $17 million in grants. Today, more than 100 institutions are in the program.
