DENVER (KDVR) — Health officials confirmed Friday that several locations in Broomfield, Lafayette, Louisville, and Westminster were subject to a possible measles exposures recently, including at Broomfield High School.
The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, as well as health departments for Broomfield and Boulder counties, said that a measles case was confirmed in a Broomfield County resident, a child, who had not received the measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR) vaccine.
“The lack of a clear source of infection suggests that unidentified measles cases may be occurring in or traveling through the area,” the department said in a press release…
