There’s good news for NoVA ice cream lovers. Last year, Moo Thru was voted the best ice cream in Northern Virginia. And now, a new Moo Thru location is set to open in Burke this summer.
Located in Burke Town Center at 6025H Burke Centre Pkwy., the storefront is currently under construction. The shop is looking to open its doors this June…
