KENMORE, N.Y. — A new cafe in Kenmore is introducing the village to a Dutch tradition.
“The poffertjes are these Dutch pancakes. They originated in Holland in the 1700s,” Dimples owner Lyon Lascu told 2 On Your Side. “It’s special to me because my grandparents always made them for me as a kid.”
