MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS, Ohio – A wanted Cleveland woman, 34, was arrested and a 21-year-old Cleveland woman carrying drug paraphernalia was cited at about 2 p.m. Feb. 15 on Interstate 71.
Police saw the women’s Chevrolet Malibu turn onto Bagley Road from a Speedway station. They checked the license-plate number and learned that the car’s owner, the older Cleveland woman, was wanted for a felony offense by the Portage County Sheriff’s Office.
Police pulled over the Malibu after it turned onto I-71 southbound. They asked the older woman, who was driving, to step out of the car. They placed her in handcuffs…
