HUNTINGTON COUNTY, Ind. (WANE) — Huntington County commissioners have enacted a moratorium on data centers, battery electric storage systems, and carbon capture projects.
The move is designed to give officials time to research, hold public forums, and draft clear local ordinances before any permits are considered.
