Grand Jury indicts Harrisburg man in armed carjacking

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) — A Harrisburg man was indicted Thursday by a federal Grand Jury in an armed carjacking.

Terric Seay, 24, is also charged with possession of a firearm in furtherance of a crime of violence, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and possession of a firearm with an obliterated serial number, according to the Department of Justice.

Seay’s indictment was announced by the DOJ Friday. The FBI, York City Police Department and Lower Allen Township Police Department investigated the case, the DOJ said.
