Huntsville will be leasing a parking lot from the Front Row developers to provide spaces in the downtown business district and for the Von Braun Center.
The City Council approved a five-year lease with the developers of the mixed-use development under construction at the corner of Clinton Avenue and Monroe Street across from the VBC. The city will pay $125,000 per year.
The lot will be on the corner of Holmes Avenue and Monroe Street.
The lot will be adjacent to the Front Row lot along Holmes Avenue near Pinhook Creek. Essex Capital Partners and Ascend America are the developers of the property where 1 Front Row and 2 Front Row are currently under construction. The lot will be 127,000 square feet…
