Detroit Cops Hunt TV-Snatching Duo After East Side Home Heist

A quiet stretch of Detroit’s east side turned into a crime scene last Saturday, when two men broke into a vacant home, swiped electronics and gear, then disappeared on foot, according to police.

Investigators say the burglary happened in the 19300 block of Yonka Street between 8:30 p.m. and 11 p.m. The address sits north of Seven Mile Road and about two blocks south of Outer Drive, in a residential pocket on the east side.
