New Jersey man cited after driving vehicle into Lancaster golf course pond

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A New Jersey man was cited after driving his car into a partially frozen pond at the Lancaster Country Club.

Sung Chun, 50, of Hoboken, allegedly drove his vehicle across portions of the golf course and eventually left his vehicle in the pond on Wednesday night, according to East Lampeter Township police.

Police said Chun left his vehicle in the pond and spent the night at a local hotel. He returned to the location on Thursday, where police were investigating the incident…
