Jury finds 3 men not guilty in alleged Mobile revenge killing

MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – A jury took only minutes Thursday to find three men not guilty of a 2020 murder that prosecutors alleged was a revenge killing.

Prosecutors had alleged that LaQuonte McCants, Darrin Miller and Darrion Johnson were all responsible for the death of Martha McGinsey at her home on Roderick Road in September 2020. The jury found all three not guilty of murder and of shooting into an occupied building.
