TAMPA, Fla. (WWSB) – The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a third suspect connected to a 2025 murder case.
Detectives say Andre Lamont Gerhardt, 33, assisted co-defendants Arnaldo Citron, 43, and Giselle Santiago-Bonilla, 38, in transporting and disposing of the body of 42-year-old Hiojaira Velez-Bonilla in Pinellas County in August 2025.
