An Easton man was sentenced Tuesday to 6 months of probation for his third underage DUI offense in a case that involved the alleged assault of a New Britain Township police officer.
Vincent Joseph Hebel, 21, of the 1900 block of Fairview Avenue, avoid prosecution on a more severe aggravated assault charge. Last month, Hebel pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges of DUI of the 3rd offense and resisting arrest, per court records.
