Green Bay police seek owner of dog that bit juvenile

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – The Green Bay Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying the owner of a small black dog that reportedly bit and scratched a juvenile Thursday evening.

Police said the incident occurred around 5 p.m. in the 100 block of 12th Avenue. The juvenile was walking north on a city sidewalk when approached by a loose dog, possibly a puppy, that was not wearing a collar.

Authorities are attempting to verify the dog’s rabies vaccination status…
