Former Kansas City postal worker pleads guilty in stolen checks scheme

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A Kansas City woman who was previously employed by the United States Postal Service pleaded guilty Thursday to attempted bank fraud.

Court documents say 30-year-old Shawneasha L. Watson pled guilty to attempted ban fraud for altering and depositing stolen checks into her bank account.
