ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – An Albuquerque woman who pretended to be a nurse, nearly killing a patient, is on the run. In April 2024, April Hernandez falsified documents to steal the identities of registered nurses, then illegally provided care to hospice patients, almost killing one with a morphine overdose.
