History buffs across Oregon will descend upon Woodburn this spring for a celebration of the state’s heritage.
The city has announced that it will host this year’s Oregon Heritage Conference —titled Stories, Culture, Place: Weaving Community Heritage — from April 29 through May 2 at multiple venues in downtown Woodburn.
