SPOKANE, Wash. — In an appeal with the 9th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals this week, Spokane Regional Health District’s former Health Officer Dr. Bob Lutz challenged the dismissal of his wrongful termination lawsuit.
In 2020, SRHD fired Lutz following a variety of professional misconduct accusations from SRHD administrative officer Amelia Clark. In 2022, Lutz filed a wrongful termination lawsuit against SRHD and Clark.
