When Suzette Hall, the founder of Logan’s Legacy in Irvine, learned that a stranded pup was trapped with no way to climb out, she felt an instant urge to step in. Realizing how urgent the situation was, she called for backup and made her way straight toward the canal.
Bravery Leads To A Canal Rescue
Hall reached out to her friend Nelson, and the two of them rushed over, determined to rescue the frightened little dog.
