COLUMBIA, S.C. — Columbia Police are investigating an incident that left a child with a gunshot wound on Saturday afternoon.
Police confirmed the incident occurred around 3 p.m. on Rawl Street, which is located in a neighborhood off Broad River Road in Columbia.
