MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Ohio (WKEF) — The suspect in the eye-gouging incident has plead guilty.
From previous coverage, 27-year-old James Fickling had been charged in connection with an incident that occurred in June 2025, during which a victim was reportedly assaulted in a downtown parking garage. Earlier reporting noted that Fickling was evaluated and found competent to participate in his defense.
