Authorities investigating threats at a local hospital Friday night concluded the threats were unfounded, and a criminal investigation is now underway.
The Colton Police Department initially responded to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center around 9 p.m. Friday after “an incident” at the hospital.
Authorities conducted a “comprehensive search” and cleared the facility within hours. Staff and patients were deemed safe and the hospital reopened shortly after.
