SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV)– An early morning fire at the Nob Hill apartment building sent two people to the hospital and took crews more than 2 hours to extinguish.
The blaze broke out around 4:00 a.m. and heavily damaged the first floor of the complex.
