EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — El Paso’s Downtown Arts District has been named the No. 4 Best Arts District in the United States in the USA Today 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards for 2026.
The district was nominated by USA Today for a top 10 spot in the Best Arts District category and ultimately finished in the top five.
