To say thatKitty Corner Social Club has been a success would be an understatement. The Iowa City cat lounge has officially been open for a year, and in that time, they’ve helped 300 cats get adopted!

Located at 20 S Clinton Street in Iowa City, Kitty Corner Social Club is the area’s first cat lounge, a place “where humans can relax, unwind, and connect with cat residents available for adoption in partnership with local humane societies + cat rescues.” They first opened their doors on February 25th of 2025.
