STEPHENSON/JO DAVIESS CO., Ill. (WIFR) – Seniors in the Galena area can mark their calendars as the Senior Resource Center in Freeport expands its programming.
The Senior Resource Center, 206 E Stephenson St., provides services and programs for Stephenson County seniors aged 60 and older, as well as their caregivers. For more than five decades, the programs have helped older adults stay connected, mentally sharp and physically well.
Friday, the center announced it will team up with two Galena businesses, Midwest Medical Center and Galena Art & Recreation Center (Galena ARC).
