ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – West Mesa High School went into a shelter in place Thursday afternoon after a juvenile had a gun near the campus. According to the principal, an administrator was going back to campus after addressing another matter at a nearby dog park when he saw three juveniles in the tunnels near the school.
The principal said that one of the juveniles was holding what looked like a gun and ran off. The incident was reported to police. The shelter in place lasted for about 25 minutes…
