Spokane, WASH. (February 27, 2026)- At the 2026 Downtown Spokane Annual Meeting, held at The Parkade on February 25, 2026, the Downtown Spokane Partnership (DSP) and Business Improvement District (BID) confirmed new board members and elected 2026 leadership.
