SEATAC, Wash. — The Pancake Chef in SeaTac opened in 1959. After closing in the fall of 2025, the diner has new ownership and a familiar feel that’s drawing regulars back through its doors.
Sarbjit Singh, the restaurant’s new owner, said the warm reception from longtime customers has meant everything.
“They’re saying to me, ‘Thank you for buying this. Thank you for opening. We’ve been coming here since 1959,’ and they are so happy,” Singh said…
