Manassas resident Susan Minor has been identified by investigators as the person killed in a crash after a speeding driver caused the fatal incident.
Shortly before 3 p.m. on Feb. 28, officers were called to the area of Sudley Road and Campus Drive in Manassas to investigate a reported crash involving a Toyota Camry and Honda CR-V.
