Last Monday, Chelsea Kiwanis heard from Chelsea Scout Troop 476. The troop was formed in 1957, becoming the second troop in Chelsea, both serving its youth and the community. The Kiwanis Club of Chelsea holds the charter for Troop 476, Troop 425, and Chelsea Cub Scouts.
