I was on the Legacy Trail recently and, like every day, there were multiple electric bikes flying by at speeds of at least 30 mph.
I believe that when these vehicles travel at such speeds, they should be on the street – and not on the Legacy Trail.
There should be posted speed limits that are enforced, and violators should be ticketed…
