THE BRONX, N.Y. (PIX11) – A man has been accused of murdering a woman in the Bronx and stabbing her teenage son on Saturday. According to police sources, the man is known to the victims.
While the exact relationship between the suspect and the victims remains unclear, Juan Rivas, 45, was arrested a few hours after the fatal stabbing, according to arrest records.

Rivas has been charged with murder, attempted murder, manslaughter, and criminal possession of a weapon, as well as assault, according to court documents.
Police say Rivas allegedly stabbed 42-year-old Yesenia Hall and her 16-year-old son on Sherman Avenue just before 7 a.m. Both victims were rushed to a local hospital, where Hall was pronounced dead by hospital staff…
