BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — For Western New Yorkers craving a fish fry next Friday, the Sheridan Park Volunteer Fire Company has you covered.
The fire company is hosting its annual Fish Fry Fridays at the hall on Sheridan Drive through April 3, serving dinners from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. The fire company offers both beer-battered and baked fish, shrimp and chicken fingers, all priced at $18.
“The community enjoys this, we get the same people coming out year after year after year looking forward to this,” said Diane Palistrant, co-chair of the fire company’s Fish Fry Fridays. “When they walk through the door, they say, ‘We look forward to this every year.’”…
