MICHIGAN — A 41-year-old Grand Haven man suffered serious injuries in a single-vehicle crash early Saturday morning.
According to authorities, the crash occurred just after 2 a.m. when the man was driving west on Lincoln Street near the American Dunes Golf Club. Police said he went through the intersection at Lincoln Street and Lakeshore Drive and crashed into a tree.
The driver was initially unconscious and pinned inside the heavily damaged vehicle. Firefighters had to cut him from the wreckage. He was transported by ambulance to a hospital with serious injuries. Police said he was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash…
