A New Market family has been grappling with missing mail for months, raising concerns over crucial deliveries like medication and tax documents.
Since July, Rochelle Bailey noticed packages marked “out for delivery” were suddenly labeled “return to sender.”
Bailey said, “The mail clerk came out with those packages… along with a stack of mail that had a yellow post-it note saying, ‘do not deliver to the address until goal is moved.’ And this was the first time that I knew that my mail was being held.”…
