Jim Chapman Construction Group (JCCG), a build-to-rent (BTR) general contractor, announced that land development is underway at The Cottages at Loxley, a new 250-home rental community located on Highway 59 in Loxley, Alabama. The firm broke ground on the project in January 2026, and site work is underway, with vertical construction scheduled to begin later this year.

Situated on approximately 51 acres, The Cottages at Loxley will deliver thoughtfully designed single-family rental homes ranging from 1,000 to 1,439 square feet.
