HOPEWELL, Va. (WRIC) — Some Hopewell residents may be experiencing issues with the online portal for sewer and trash utilities.
According to a release shared by Minol USA on Friday, Feb. 27, some customers’ account balances are not displaying correctly in the online portal.
“This is the result of a technical issue on our end,” the Minol USA release reads. “We are actively working to resolve the error as quickly as possible, and we anticipate having accurate balances restored soon.”…
